BIOGRAPHY

Kelah Anderson is a  senior at Bowie State University seeking a B.S. in Visual Communication & Digital Media Arts (VCDMA) with a concentration in Advertising Design. She is originally from the beautiful island of Trinidad and Tobago, but currently lives in Maryland.

Kelah has studied Graphic Design for over 5 years. During her years as a student at Bowie State University, she has been able to learn new skills and enhance the ones she already had. She studied photography, painting and many different mediums of art. During her studies she grew a fondness for artists like Kehinde Wiley, who have perfected their style. She aspires to understand his use of color and futuristic yet dynamic style of art. Through her projects she has tried to develop her own style by incorporating the style of her country of birth into her work.
